An Outstanding Experience
At our Aesthetics Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their IVY Aesthetic Clinic experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.
All appointments require a small booking fee to secure your appointment, booking fees are strictly non refundable but may be transferable, in order to transfer your booking fee cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment, if appointments are cancelled after the 24 hour period your booking fee will be lost and you will be required to pay another one if you wish to rebook, all booking fees are taken off the final price of your treatment.
We ask everyone to be open and honest in their prior consent form and follow their aftercare set out by IVY, we ask that you please don't attend your appointment if you feel unwell or have any signs of Covid-19
Please arrive on time for your appointment, if you are more than 10 minutes late we may have to turn you away.
